Senior Account Executive – Scandinavian Market

efacto is looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Account Executive to help expand our presence across the Scandinavian market.

 

About the Opportunity

 

In this role, you will work with organizations across Norway and Sweden that are looking to modernize and automate their finance processes. You will help finance teams eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and streamline invoice workflows through efacto’s intelligent automation solutions.

You will be responsible for building and developing your own pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and closing new business with mid-sized and enterprise organizations. The role combines proactive business development with opportunities generated through marketing initiatives and partner collaborations within the broader Visma ecosystem.

You are also curious about new technologies and comfortable integrating AI tools into your daily workflow to improve research, outreach, pipeline development, and overall sales effectiveness.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Drive new business development in Norway and/or Sweden
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and partner-generated leads
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across finance, IT, and operations
  • Position efacto’s solutions as part of customers’ digital transformation initiatives
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate closely with product specialists, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall commercial growth

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Fluent in Norwegian or Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into clear business value
  • Experience with SaaS, automation, workflow, or ERP-related solutions is an advantage
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, modern sales tools, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Self-driven, structured, and motivated by achieving ambitious sales target
